Eurong Beach Resort is Fraser Island’s best beachfront address! Located right along the iconic 75 Mile Beach, it’s the perfect base to explore the island's World Heritage-listed freshwater lakes, vast sandblows, Eli Creek and more.

With accommodation styles to suit all budgets, this secure, dingo-fenced property is the perfect choice for a family-friendly getaway and offers some of the best beach fishing in the world. Travellers can enjoy the relaxed, coastal surrounds, with the choice of resort hotel rooms to two bedroom apartments.

The resort's McKenzie’s on 75 restaurant and bar overlook a large lagoon-style swimming pool, while a casual Beach Bar adjoins a second pool, offering nightly entertainment.

The resort grounds are home to the famous Eurong Bakery, serving fresh bread, hot food and espresso coffee, plus a General Store with holiday essentials including groceries, fishing gear, ice, fuel and gas.

Eurong is accessible by 4WD only, with vehicle barges operating daily from River Heads, south of Hervey Bay, to Wanggoolba Creek. From the Sunshine Coast (via Rainbow Beach), the barge is on demand between Inskip Point and Hook Point between 6am and 5.30pm (Bookings not required).

Following Queensland Government's roadmap to easing COVID-19 restrictions, Eurong Beach Resort is re-opening from June 19.
Across their business, they have adopted COVID Safe best practice and are fully compliant with all Queensland Health guidelines.
